CFIRE Affiliates – NOTE: Important Points

- Commission structure = see 1st tier payouts below, 10% second tier, 5% third tier. The 2nd and 3rd tiers have requirements to be eligible.
- Membership renewal commissions are payable as residual income as long as the member does not manually cancel their yearly membership.
- Eligibility to earn depends on affiliate having purchased a certain membership level (must own at least the level below sale to earn full commission).
- Payments are made to affiliates in crypto stablecoin, in arrears. Paid monthly if over $1000 earned, or paid quarterly if under $1000 is earned.
- Affiliates can opt to swap stablecoin commissions for FIRE tokens, with up to 1.5x bonus (with a 12 month FIRE token vesting lock).

CFIRE Affiliates – NOTE: Key Affiliate Agreements
- Activity for Node/Yield for FIRE Tokens:
FIRE token airdrop emissions are Node loyalty rewards, not affiliate payouts. The Node benefits are membership perks tied to membership levels. - Refund / Waiver Affiliate Agreement:

CFIRE Affiliate Program — Key Summary
1. CFIRE Access-Node Membership Levels – Commission Eligibility

Affiliates earn those above commissions on any membership sold below their own level + one level above. See Affiliate Terms.
There are no USD fiat or USD stablecoin affiliate commissions on banking or Mastercard transactions, rather there is access to shared bonuses on the FIRE token.
Upgraded Node+ (Plus) Membership Subscriptions
- Node+ (Plus) levels are designed as upgrades at the same levels as the above Access-Node Memberships. The only difference and purpose of the Node+ is to deliver more FIRE emission airdrops, as such, the CFIRE Member only pays the difference (to get access to the extra FIRE emission airdrops available at the Node+ levels). As such, there is no USD payment available to affiliates as a commission on the price difference upgrade from Access-Nodes to Node+ (Plus). However, that upgrade to Node+ price difference can be payable to qualified affiliates in FIRE tokens for 1st-tier sale upgrades to Node+.
- Said another way, affiliates selling CFIRE Memberships, are earning only those USD stablecoin commissions as shown above for Access-Nodes as well for Node+ (Plus) at the same levels. There is a bonus payable in FIRE tokens to the qualified affiliate when there is an upgrade to the Node+.
CFIRE Node+ (Plus) Lifetime Membership Levels: only 1st tier and 2nd tier commission (no 3rd tier on the 3 levels):
- CFIRE-7: Prometheus (violet) – 4-year access = $25,000 package = affiliate commissions = 1st=$2,500, 2nd=$500
- CFIRE-8: Phoenix (crimson) – Lifetime access = $50,000 package = affiliate commissions = 1st=$3,500, 2nd=$500
- CFIRE-9: Quantum (black) – Lifetime access = $100,000 package = affiliate commission = 1st=$5,000, 2nd=$1,000
2. CFIRE 3-Tier Commission Tiers
Affiliates can use their commissions to pay for their higher level CFIRE membership.
Those cumulative commissions used to buy a higher CFIRE membership, raise your membership to qualify for 2nd and 3rd tiers.
1st-Tier Earn up to 30% on direct CFIRE membership node sales. To qualify:
- You must own at least the Flame ($99) membership node (or higher).
- To earn full commission on a higher plan, you must own one level below the plan you sell.
Eg, to earn $500 from the Ignition (CFIRE4) $1555 membership, you must at least be at the Lightning (CFIRE3) $333 membership yourself.
Highest 1st-tier commission payout is $2,333 for sales of the Supernova (CFIRE6) $7,777 membership.
The 2nd and 3rd tier affiliate commissions are not paid by default, distributed only upon strict eligibility requirements for all affiliates without exception.
2nd and 3rd tiers are awarded only to active CFIRE affiliate’s demonstrating leadership.
As such, to be eligible for 2nd and 3rd tiers, you need be an active community leader and builder. See the requirements below:
2nd-Tier Earn up to 10% on second-tier membership node sales. To qualify you must be an active leader of your affiliate team:
- You personally sell 1+ Ignition ($1,555+) in a month
- OR you personally generate $1,500+ in monthly sales from any memberships
- OR you personally sell 12 Ignitions total (or equivalent value) → auto qualifies you for 12 months 2nd tier
- OR you personally own Meteor ($3,555) → auto-qualified
3rd-Tier Earn 5% on third-tier membership node sales. To qualify you must be an active leader of your affiliate team:
- You personally sell 2+ Ignitions ($1,555+) in a month
- OR you personally generate $3,500+ in monthly sales from any memberships
- OR you personally sell 24 Ignitions total (or equivalent value) → auto qualifies you for 12 months 3rd tier
- OR you personally own Supernova ($7,777) → with at least one qualified Meteor under you
3. Membership Node Renewals
- Affiliates continue to earn the same commissions when referred members renew yearly.
- Membership renewals are automatically charged yearly, unless the member manually cancels their membership.
- Renewals only pay out if the member pays their renewal.
4. Affiliate Payouts
- Commissions are paid in crypto (stablecoin) to your registered Web3 wallet.
- Payout timing:
- Over $1,000 → monthly commissions.
- Under $1,000 → quarterly.
- If a period total is < $200, it rolls to next period.
- Paid 30+ days in arrears per completed transactions (money-back guarantee must expire).
5. Affiliate Sales Tracking
- Referral sales must use your affiliate link.
- Last buyer to click an affiliate link, earns the sale.
- 30 days to upgrade your referrals to the next CFIRE membership level, if not, sales can be passed to a different affiliate upgrade team for 2nd/3rd tiers. First tier still gets up to the 30%.
- E.g. You have 30 days to upgrade them to CFIRE-4 Ignition $1,555 otherwise they can be passed onto an affiliate upgrade team.
6. Membership Node Waivers & Refunds
- Affiliates who register waive the 7-day membership guarantee to enable immediate commission eligibility. (Affiliate Terms)
- If a referred customer requests a refund within their guarantee period, commissions are held back to cover possible refunds.
7. Affiliate Compliance Obligations
- Always disclose you are an affiliate paid on commissions.
- No false claims, no exaggerated income promises.
- Must follow all legal/advertising disclaimers. See Affiliate Terms.
- Cannot impersonate CFIRE or use protected IP without permission.
8. Affiliate Term & Termination
- The affiliate agreement starts when you join CFIRE. See the Affiliate Terms.
- Agreement auto-renew with membership charges annually until terminated by either party.
- Be sure to fully familiarize yourself with both the General CFIRE Terms as well as the CFIRE Affiliate Terms.
9. Future Amendments to Terms
CFIRE reserves the right to revise, modify, change, or amend the Affiliate Terms commissions structure for the Referral Plan at any time, as well as to revise, modify, change, or amend the General CFIRE Terms at any time as required. All changes will be made effective by posting such changes on this Site, on the relevant pages, or by notifying you via email. No such amendment shall be effective until at least thirty (30) days after the site posting or email notice, whichever occurs first.
